You’ll often hear me say, “I love what I do!”—and after nearly 17 years in the finance industry, that passion is stronger than ever.
I made the move to The Mortgage Advisors 11 years ago and haven’t looked back since. As your local Mortgage Agent, my goal is to make your mortgage experience smooth, respectful, and truly personalized.
Whether you’re buying your first home, refinancing, or renewing your mortgage, I’m here to offer dependable, transparent advice and go above and beyond to find the right solution for you. I work hard to ensure my clients save as much as possible in interest and feel supported every step of the way.
I was raised in Ashton and later moved to the city for high school and college, where I earned a Business Degree. In 2010, I returned to Perth to start my family. My daughter, now 12, has been part of this journey with me since she was just six weeks old. Outside of work, you’ll find us golfing and camping in the summer, and hitting the ski hills in the winter.

Erin Fitzpatrick
Mortgage Agent Level 1 & Construction Specialist
Erin joined The Everest Mortgage Team in August 2019, bringing with her a strong background in customer service and project coordination from her years working with property management companies in the Ottawa area. With a diploma in marketing and a natural passion for helping others, Erin found her true calling in the mortgage industry.
She began her journey with The Mortgage Advisors in 2018 on a part-time basis, and it wasn’t long before her enthusiasm for guiding clients through the home financing process led her to become a fully licensed mortgage agent. Since then, she’s been committed to providing honest, reliable, and client-focused mortgage advice.
Erin is also the team’s go-to expert in construction financing. Whether clients are planning to build their dream home, buying their first property, renewing, or refinancing, Erin’s goal is to ensure every transaction is smooth, successful, and tailored to their unique financial goals.
Known for her approachable style and deep industry knowledge, Erin takes pride in developing personalized strategies to help clients achieve homeownership and long-term financial success.
Tristan Hall
Mortgage Agent Level 1 & Fulfillment Specialist
Tristan brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry to The Everest Mortgage Team, along with a background in architectural technology and residential building inspection. His experience gives him a unique understanding of homes, from how they are designed and built to the practical considerations that can come with buying, renovating, and owning a property.
As the team’s Fulfillment Specialist, Tristan works behind the scenes to keep mortgages moving smoothly from approval through to closing. He works closely with clients, lenders, lawyers, and the rest of the team to ensure conditions are satisfied, documents are in order, and each file stays on track through to funding.
Known for his attention to detail and practical approach, Tristan enjoys solving problems and helping make what can sometimes be a complicated process feel straightforward for clients.
Outside of work, Tristan enjoys spending time with his family, biking, cross-country skiing, playing volleyball and curling, being near the water, and tackling the many projects and things around the house that give him an excuse to tinker.
